ORDERING
Prize
Possessions will email or fax a confirmation
of the planned engraving which must be approved
in writing and returned to Prize Possessions
(email or fax for approval returns) before
production will commence. Customers who request
award, plaque or trophy engraving to be done
without returning a signed proof approval
will be responsible for any returns or replacements
due to engraving errors.
PRODUCTION
Normal production
is 2 weeks. Production will not begin until
all order information; artwork and engraving
instructions have been confirmed.
ARTWORK
There is a one time
set up charge of $60.00 for all new logos.
Sharp black and white camera-ready artwork
must be supplied on all custom logo orders.
No color or grayscale art is permitted. Anything
other than camera-ready artwork is subject
to additional art charges at the rate of $40.00
per hour. Email is the preferred transmission
for artwork using a PC format as a JPEG or
TIF.
PAPERPROOFS
One initial proof
will be provided without charge if the Customer
so requests. The initial Paper Proof can be
changed without charge. Subsequent Paper Proofs
with Copy/Logo changes will incur a charge
of $10.00 each, plus any artwork charges required
to modify logos etc. Failure to approve proofs
promptly may result in delivery delays and
may incur a Rush Charge.
ENGRAVING CHARGES
Engraving
on Silver, Pewter, Engravable Plates and all
Metals is $1.25 per word and $2.00 to apply
a Logo (Custom or Stock) per piece. An Item
ordered without engraving does not include
the blank plate or disc featured in the catalog.

to engraving in more than one location (e.g.

or Plate). For each additional location add
$8.00 per piece per location.
CHARACTERISTICS OF QUALITY
CRYSTAL
Many of the quality crystal
products in our catalogue are handcrafted and
may contain bubbles, flow lines or slight bumps.
These qualities are inherent in the handcrafted
processes and are not to be considered defects
or reasons for replacement. Handcrafted pieces
containing such qualities will be replaced
only at customer expense.

EMBROIDERY
Personalized
embroidery is available on canvas bags as shown
in the catalog. Logos and text must be provided
in DST format and sized accordingly. E-mail
is the preferred transmission method. Cost
for embroidery is determined upon stitch count
per item.

RUSH CHARGES
All orders submitted allowing 5 working days or less will incur a 10% rush charge, with a
$35.00 minimum. We are known for our fast service
in emergency situations and offer these rush
shipping methods-UPS and Federal Express- Next
Day, Second Day, and Three Day Select. These
services are costly. The customer must authorize
express shipping.
SHIPPING
UPS Ground is standard. Handling
charges are additional. Please note that all
items ordered together are not always shipped
at the same time. UPS and Federal Express do
not ship to PO Boxes. Please supply the street
address for shipping purposes. Please inform
us if the shipping address is a residence.
RETURN POLICY
Prize Possessions is not responsible
for any damages incurred during shipping. We
are not responsible for any claims made 10
business days or more after receipt of goods.
All packages should be opened immediately and
inspected for any damage or your claims will
be denied. If damaged, you must save the original
cartons and packing for UPS or Federal Express
inspection. All returns must be authorized
by Prize Possessions. Please call for a Return
Authorization Number before returning goods.
Prize Possessions reserves the right to refuse
any merchandise that has not been authorized.
There is a 15% restocking charge for authorized
returns in saleable condition.
PAYMENT TERMS
We accept VISA, MasterCard or
American Express as well as personal or business
checks. First time orders require a 50% deposit
prior to production or the order will ship
COD. Payment is due 30 days from date of invoice
on established accounts. Overdue balances will
bear an interest rate of 1 1/2% per month. Florida
and Massachusetts clients will be charged the
applicable sales tax unless a tax exempt or
resale number is provided.
