Prize Possessions is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping. We are not responsible for any claims made 10 business days or more after receipt of goods. All packages should be opened immediately and inspected for any damage or your claims will be denied.

If damaged, you must save the original cartons and packing for UPS or Federal Express inspection. All claims must be filed by the recipient directly with Prize Possessions. All returns must be authorized by Prize Possessions.

Please call customer service at 800-283-1166 for Return Authorization Number before returning goods.

Prize Possessions reserves the right to refuse any merchandise return that has not been authorized. There is a 15% restocking charge for authorized returns in saleable condition.
